The grace period for the revised Third Circuit L.A.R. 26 will end on December 31, 2023.  Starting January 1, 2024, documents received after 5:00 p.m. ET on the final day for filing will not be considered timely with limited exceptions and a motion to file out of time will be required.  The full text of L.A.R. 26 can be found on the Court's website and a link is provided below.
