Alternative Dispute Resolution – Getting to Settled

Yvonne Takvorian Saville, Esquire is a Director at the Law Firm Weiss, Saville & Houser, P.A. Ms. Saville will be speaking about Alternative Dispute Resolution – Getting to Settled.

Ms. Saville will discuss the various forms of Alternative Dispute Resolution, what is being used most frequently and why ADR is a successful tool in Delaware to resolving cases. She will talk about timing for mediation, different styles of mediators, best practices for submissions, the attorney’s role in preparing a client for mediation/arbitration, candor and communication with the mediator and working with third parties. Questions/comments are encouraged throughout the presentation.
