Sheila L. Boyer is currently a Judicial Case Management Supervisor and has been with the Court of Chancery for more than 22 years. She is the statewide division head for the civil action side of the Court, and is the case manager for Vice Chancellor J. Travis Laster. Sheila works not only with enforcing the rules of the Court, but also with maintaining the protocols or ‘Best Practices’ of the Court’s docket known as File & ServeXpress.
