My Blue Duffel Day Community Service Project

Kind to Kids Foundation provides emergency care duffel bags to children entering foster care, offering help and comfort during this traumatic time in their young lives. State workers, who directly serve children entering foster care, receive duffels from Kind to Kids and are able to give the children the beautiful blue duffels when they are being removed from their home for their own safety. My Blue Duffel Program is a meaningful way to bring comfort to a child during this difficult time.

You can help in two ways! 

1) Donate the following items:

Coloring Books

Crayola Crayons -24 ct. (Crayola brand only)

Composition Books

Toothbrush/toothpaste

Fuzzy Socks

"I Knew You Could" book by Craig Dorfman

All donated items MUST be delivered to Polsinelli Law Firm, 222 Delaware Avenue, Suite 1101, Wilmington, DE by Saturday, May 4th at 10:00 am. 

2) Participate in the service day:

On Saturday May 4th from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm, we are assembling the no sew blankets that will go into the duffel bags. Lunch will be provided. Space is limited, so sign up today!
