Join The Honorable Mary M. Johnston and Shaun Michael Kelly, Esquire who will be co-hosting a presentation and interactive game show focusing on our National Affairs Luncheon topic of Ethics and Professionalism for Paralegals. Please bring your smart phone to participate as an individual or team player.

Judge Mary M. Johnston is a Superior Court Judge for the State of Delaware. Prior to joining the Court in September 2003, Judge Johnston served as Chief Counsel to the Delaware Supreme Court’s Office of Disciplinary Counsel and was a partner with Morris James LLP in corporate and commercial litigation. She currently is assigned as a member of the Court's Complex Commercial Litigation Division. Shaun Michael Kelly is an Associate with Connolly Gallagher LLP where he represents clients who are faced with a variety of business law issues, both in and out of litigation. He assists on matters in the Delaware Court of Chancery, Delaware Superior Court, the Delaware Supreme Court; and the District of Delaware. Mr. Kelly is a former Deputy Attorney General in the Fraud and Consumer Protection Division for the Delaware Department of Justice.
