APPLICATION FOR SUSTAINING MEMBERSHIP
Sustaining Membership is open to any firm, association, corporation, educational institution or other entity who is interested in supporting the objectives and purposes of DPA. No member that provides any paralegal studies program shall use DPA’s name or logo or identify itself as a member of DPA unless the program has been approved by the Board. Sustaining members shall not have voting, elective or representative privileges but shall be entitled to participate in the activities of DPA at member costs. Sustaining members will have access to the “Members Only” section of DPA’s website but will not have access to the membership database.

Level III |

Benefits of Level I and II plus ability to place business logo on DPA website with linking to member’s website. Upon application at this level, the parties will be required to enter into a supplemental linking agreement. |
PRO-RATED DUES AMOUNT
If applying for membership between July 1 and December 31, pay the full amount plus a non-refundable $10 application fee
If applying for membership between January 1 and April 30, pay half the dues amount plus a non-refundable $10 application fee.
If applying between May 1 and June 30, pay the full dues amount plus the $10 application fee. Your membership will run through the end of the next fiscal year. |

Dues payment must be received with application to be considered for membership by the Board of Directors. Contributions or gifts to the Delaware Paralegal Association are not tax deductible as charitable contributions. However, they may be tax deductible as ordinary and necessary business expenses.
I authorize investigation of all statements contained in this application. I understand that misrepresentation or omission of facts requested is cause for disqualification for membership in DPA. I understand that any member that provides any paralegal studies program shall not use the DPA name or logo, or identify itself as a member of DPA unless the program has been approved by the American Bar Association.
