Many leading Delaware employers turn to the DPA Job Bank to advertise job openings to the most qualified paralegals in the area.

General
The Job Bank is an exclusive service to DPA members. The Job Bank accepts job postings from employers interested in targeting paralegals who work in the tri-state area. The positions are posted in the Members-Only section of our website shortly after the Job Bank Director receives them. It is the responsibility of the individual paralegal to respond directly to the employer. Members are asked to respond only to those postings that match their skills or for which they are qualified. All DPA members are encouraged to contact the Job Bank Director whenever they are aware of a paralegal opening at their place of employment or when they know of a paralegal opening at another firm, corporation or company.

How to Post a Position with the Job Bank
The fee per job posting will be $25. Employers will be billed on a monthly basis by the DPA so as to not delay the posting of any job. The invoice will include a detailed description of the position posted by the employer and the date on which the posting occurred. Each posting will remain on the DPA website for three months unless the position has been filled prior to the cut-off or the employer requests an extended period of time. Employers may also opt to join DPA as a Level II or Level III Sustaining member. Both levels of membership include unlimited job postings as a benefit. Click here for additional information on becoming a Sustaining member.
